Returns
Desnuda Lounge co. does not do returns on any items. We do offer store credit on eligible items for return within 14 days of delivery/purchase date for ONLINE sales only. Our return policy is valid up to 14 days. The policy begins on the date package was delivered.
If 10 days have gone by since the date of delivery stated in the tracking information, unfortunately we can't offer you store credit and reserve the right to refuse your return.
We will analyze each return on an individual basis. *You may be responsible for shipping fee or a restocking fee*
ALL IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL.
Eligibility for return:
Items to be returned must have original tags, no stains, orderless. Items cannot have been washed. Size cannot have been altered ex; shrunk or stretched out. Must be in their original delivery conditions along with proof of purchase. We will only accept return if the item(s) is eligible to be resold.
No exceptions.
To complete your return:
Returns must include original invoice or a note including the following.
Full name used to place order.
Order Number.
List of items being returned.
Reasons for the return.
Tags intact purchase.
Bodysuits/Swimwear/Shapeware/ Accessories/Lashes are FINAL SALE.
All clearance/on sale items are FINAL SALE.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 1-5 business days.
If return is approved it will be processed and store credit will be sent in the form of a Discount code. (Valid for one time use only) Full amount given in the discount code must be used all at once.

The time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary depending on your location. Please plan ahead for returns in order for them to reach us within the 14 day deadline.
If you are shipping items over $75, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned items) and are therefore not responsible for items lost during shipping.

Desnuda Lounge co. uses USPS as the main way of shipping. Desnuda Lounge co. is not responsible for any incorrectly given shipping information
and/or any lost packages by USPS or other freight services. Buyer to be responsible for
any additional fees for re-shipments due to incorrect info. Desnuda Lounge co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 4PM MT will be processed the following business day.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 for orders under $75.00 within the U.S.
Orders over $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

We primarily ship via USPS.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business day.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
